Welcome to my Real Estate Website! My name is Corie Quillinan, and I am a Real Estate Agent with a strong desire to make the home buying and selling process less stressful for my clients. I am passionate about delivering exceptional service and delivering results.

As a seller's agent, I understand the importance of effectively marketing your home to attract potential buyers. I will work with you to develop a customized marketing plan that highlights the unique features of your home. This will include listing all upgrades to make your home stand out in a market of similar homes. From professional photography to drone footage (if warranted, and in a fly zone with no restrictions), which will be used in social media and marketing of your home, the MLS listing will also feature drone video and virtual tours. I will utilize the latest technology and marketing strategies to ensure a successful sale!

Remember as your agent, I work for you, and exclusively for you. I believe that communication is key for a successful transaction. My goal for you after the sale of your home is that I become your realtor for life! Even if you move out of state, you call me first, so I can connect you with someone that will look out for you as I would.

As a buyer’s agent I will sit down with you and discuss what your wants and needs are in a home. I want to also speak with everyone in the home. Further, I want to know what you do not want in your home. By doing this, we build our relationship to one of complete understanding. This is the key to finding you and your family the perfect home to make new memories.  I know that in many cases, time is of the essence. I want to find you the perfect home. I will do this by making your wants and needs a priority. This is done with good communication and listening skills. I work for you and my priority is you. I want to be your realtor for life. To accomplish this, I need you to be 110% satisfied. Not only the home we find together, but also with the entire transaction process.

A bit about me, I retired from 31 years in law enforcement in CA, in 2016. During that time, I also rose to the rank of sergeant. I was a crisis negotiator for more than 20 years. I bring those communication and listening skills here to TX, as a realtor. Becoming a realtor was easy, I spent so many years in law enforcement removing folks from their homes, this is my way of giving back. Nothing better than seeing new home buyers achieving the goal of home ownership.
